Exportspark is proud to announce a new series of international trade courses to be delivered through the Surrey Board of Trade’s International Trade Centre beginning in March 2022.
These virtual courses, all 2-hours in length, will focus on helping Surrey-based businesses understand importing and exporting, shipping terms and contracts, setting international pricing, finding distributors in key markets and other important trade topics. Courses will be available monthly throughout the year starting in March 2022.
The first course to be made available is Importing for Entrepreneurs on Thursday, March 31st, 2022 from 10 AM to 12 Noon PST. This course focuses on critical information and requirements for importing products into Canada for sale through retail or through e-commerce to Canadian consumers. Topics include determining HS codes, import documentation, labelling, shipping formats, selling to retailers and best practices around e-commerce sites. Book your place for this course today!
